On May 30, 2019, the U.S. Department of Energy sent a Secret RD letter to the NRC (AU62-19-N1-0034). This letter approved 12 disposal requests submitted in two letters by Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) (GLE20190086ML19106A379 and GLE-2019-0088 -
ML19143A191) with various requirements based on the type of matter being disposed. The letter is not being placed in ADAMS because it contains classified information.
