The purpose of this letter is to supplement the Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) response to Safe Shutdown Analyses (SSA) RAI 06 as submitted to the NRC in Reference 2. Page 87 of the Enclosure to Reference 2 noted that the revision to the License Amendment Request (LAR)

(Reference 1), Transition Report, Attachment C, Table B-3 provided on the SharePoint Portal would be reflected in the NFPA-805 transition LAR supplement.

However, as noted in Reference 3, OPPD will not be supplementing the NFPA-805 LAR because the information is contained in OPPD's RAI responses. Therefore, the attachment to this letter is provided to docket the information placed on the Share Point Portal in response to SSA RAI 06.

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission LI C-14-0009 Page 2 Attachment C (Table 8-3) of the LAR was updated to incorporate the response to SSA RAI 006.

Please note that the information for fire area 06-9 (page C-101 of Attachment C, Table 8-3) was updated and thus is different from the information uploaded to the Share Point Portal in the original SSA RAI 006 response. Attachment C (Table 8-3) was also updated to identify fire protection features that are "Required for Risk Significance," as credited in the final fire PRA model supporting the response to PRA RAI 24.01.

OPPD requests that the Attachment, which contains sensitive security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.

No regulatory commitments are contained in this letter.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this letter, without the attachment, is being provided to the designated State of Nebraska official.
