Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Proposed Amendment to Technical Specification Section 2.2.1, 3.3.1, and 3.3.2 File: 94-005-41 9.05 94-056-026 Qn August 5, 1993, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submitted the referenced letter to amend Sections 2.2.1, 3.3.1, and 3.3.2 of the PVNGS Technical Specifications for Units 1, 2, and 3. During discussions with Ms. Linh Tran of the NRC staff, it became apparent that the Auxillilary Feedwater automatic actuation logic surveillance frequency extension was inadvertently omitted from the referenced letter. Therefore, enclosed with this letter are copies of the marked-up pages with the additional information.

Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(B)(l), a copy of this request has been forwarded to the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency.
