have received copies of Amendment No. 66 to the license application for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, sub-mitted by Carolina Power and Light. This Environmental Report amend-ment refers to, among other things, an impoundment to receive water from proposed cooling towers.
