c RESOLUTION NO. 2-73 RES0!# TION OF T!E CITY CP STATESVILLE 10 WITUDRAW FROM THE AT0*4IC ENERGY COH41SSION ACTIONS MIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Statesville voted on October 25, 1971, to withdraw from Piedmont Electri-Cities Association; and as Piedmont Electri-Cities Association was then engaged in an action against Duke Power Company before the Atomic Energy Commission; and, WlEREAS, the Atceiic Energy Commission has requested that the City of Statesville formally withdraw from the action. I NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded, it is hereby RESOLVED, that the City of Statesville withdraw as an intervener in the actions pending against Duke Power Company and docketed in the Atomic EnerTy Cocnission files as nu:nbers 50-269A, 50-270A, 50-287A, 50-369A and 50 370A.
