Emergency Plan Change for University of Texas Ref: Docket No. 50-602, License R-129 Ms. Linh Tran, Per the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) I respectfully submit the following revision to the Emergency Response Plan for the University of Texas At Austin, Facility License R-129. Due to the descriptions of the facility and materials listed in this document it is classified as OFFICIAL USE ONLY for security purposes. We submit that the incorporated plan changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and the plan, as changed, continues to meet the requirements of appendix E. The only changes made to the plan were to add reference to the Manhattan College Zero Power Reactor (MCZPR) fuel in our possession licensed under Docket 70-157 License Number SNM-180. In specific, we added response to activation of a Criticality Alarm to our listing of emergency response action levels. While making this change we also updated a figure showing our facility sight incorporating a new nearby University building and a parking lot.
