Based on NRC approval of the proposed security plan (M L21015A342} for the University of Texas TRIGA II nuclear research 'reactor (ADAMS ML20345A136) as acceptable to support renewal pf t_he facility license, the revised plan does not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan and is.being implemented as of this date.
