ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNITS 1 AND 2 - REASSIGNMENT OF BRANCH CHIEF FOR PLANT LICENSING BRANCH IV

Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter is to inform you that effective November 3, 2013, Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief of the Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch. This branch in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, will have licensing oversight responsibility for the Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2 (ANO). Effective the same date, Mr. Kaly Kalyanam, the ANO Licensing Project Manager, will also be assigned to this branch.

Mr. Broaddus assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Michael T. Markley, Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, regarding ANO.
