NRC Letter to TWA, "Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units I and 2 - Issuance of Amendments for the Conversion to the Improved Technical Specifications with Beyond Scope Issues (TAC NOS. MF3128 AND MF3129)," dated September 30, 2015. (ADAMS Accession No. ML15238B460)

By letter dated September 30, 2015, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 334 and 327 to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) Renewed Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79, respectively (Reference). Amendment Nos. 334 and 327 approved conversion of SQN's current Technical Specifications to Improved Technical Specifications (ITS). In this letter, the NRC requested the Tennessee Valley Authority ('I-A) submit a letter within 14 days after complete implementation of the ITS stating that ITS implementation is complete.

This letter constitutes TFVA's response to the above request. Implementation of the SQN ITS was completed on October 24, 2015.
