The purpose of this letter is to forward an Addendum to the referenced letter based on a telephone conference call with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and members of the Palo Verde staff on Tuesday, January 11, 1994.

The enclosure to this letter contains the steam generator tube inspection plan addendum.
