Regarding New Term Sheet Agreement with GE-Hitachi and Cameco about Global Laser Enrichment Date: Wednesday, February 06, 2019 10:48:04 AM Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) provided a copy of the SILEX Systems Ltd. (SILEX) press release dated February 6, 2019, regarding signing of a new term sheet agreement with GE-Hitachi. The new term sheet agreement indicates SILEX and Cameco agree to fund a portion of GE-Hitachi operations of the Wilmington Test Loop for GLE. It also states that SILEX and Cameco are in negotiations to complete a purchase agreement to restructure GLE.
