UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION BEFORE THE COMMISSION In the Matter of NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK, LLC Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 (Seabrook Station, Unit 1)

NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff is filing this notification to inform the Commission and parties that, on March 11, 2019, the Staff issued a final no significant hazards consideration determination and license amendment to NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC. The amendment revises the Seabrook Station, Unit 1 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report to adopt a methodology for the analysis of seismic Category I structures with concrete affected by alkali-silica reaction.
