Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)Units 1, 2, and 3 Docket Nos.STN 50-528/529/530 License Nos.NPF-41, NPF-51, NPF-74 PVNGS Emergency Plan, Revision 22 Arizona Public Service Company (APS)has revised the Emergency Plan in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (q)and 50.4.APS has determined that this revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b)(5), two copies will be forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region IV, and one copy will be submitted to the PVNGS Senior Resident Inspector.
