Annual Report.Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.46(a)(3)(ii), Arizona Public Service Company (APS)has enclosed the Combustion Engineering Owners Group (GEOG)Annual Report on ABB CE ECCS Performance Evaluation Models, CENPD-279, Supplement 9, dated March 1998.This report describes four sets of changes or errors that have been determined to have an impact on the ECCS performance evaluation models that are utilized for PVNGS.Appendix A of this report is specific to PVNGS and describes the impact of the most significant ECCS performance evaluation modeling error on the PVNGS units.All other appendices of this report are plant-specific to other CE facilities and have not been included as part of this submittal.
