Dear Ilr. Chilk:

On August 26, 1976, we obtained from the Public Document Room an unsigned, unsworn and undated document en-titled "Petition to intervene" which states that it. is being filed by the Environmental Coalition on Nuclear Power. This document petitions the Commission "for leave to intervene in this proceeding." The Petition includes a number of contentions relating to the cost,-benefit analyses determined for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2. No copies of the "Peti-tion" were served on Pennsylvania Power 6 Light Company or its undersigned counsel.
