Nuclear Regulatory Commissionatleastonce everytwoyearsonthe status of its decommissioning fundingforeach reactor or part of a reactor thatitowns.Thisletter,andthe associated attachment, satisfies that requirement for reporting the status of decommissioning liability and funding as of December31,2008.The information requiredby10 CFR 50.75(f)(1) is provided in Attachment (1).Pleasenotethe required information applicabletothe Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power StationUnit2 reactor includes summary statements providedbythe18%co-owner,LongIsland Power Authority.
