Simulator Scenario Outline Comments (Date) Comment Resolution 1 Scenario 1. If one MFP trips, how is there a loss of all feedwater when the second EFW pump fails? One Feed pump automatically trips when the reactor / turbine trips.

2 All of the scenarios state, "All Engineered Safety Features systems are in standby" except Scenario 1. Removed "All Engineered Safety Features systems are in standby" from all D-1 forms.

Attachment 6 OBDI 202 - IOLE Process Rev 2 Schedule: Needs to show a designated lunch period (approximately 45 minutes) each day. Should show 30 minutes between the end of one scenario and the start of the other. Instead of Hedger, examiner 5 will be Chris Steely. On Monday, have E1 and E3 in the simulator. On Monday, have start time at 9:00 am. On Tuesday - Friday, have start time at 7:30 am. Keeping examiner designators and crew assignments the same, make the assignments: R1/E2, R2/E3, R3/E2, R4/E1, R5/E5, R6/E3, R7/E5, R8/E4, R9/E3, R10/E5, U1/E4, U2/E4, U3/E1
