1) Generic Letter No. 83-43, Reporting Requirements of 10 CRF Part 50, Sections 50.72 and 50.73, and Stan-dard Technical Specifications, dated December 19, 1983 As directed in the referenced document and in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Parts 50.90 and 2. 101, Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS) hereby requests revisions to the Technical Specifications, Appendix' to the subject license.

As directed by the reference, no license fee is submitted for this change.

Enclosed are revised WNP-2,technical specification pages 6-9, 6-12, 6-13,'6-16, 6-17, 6-18,'-19, 6-20, 6-21 and 6-22.
