Farley Nuclear Plant. The inspection is planned for the weeks of July 11 and August 22, 2016, which coincides with your regularly scheduled requalification examination cycle. The staff at your facility should prepare and conduct the requalification examinations in accordance with your NRC-approved requalification program. It is our understanding that you have committed to maintain your plant-referenced simulator in accordance with ANSI/ANS-3.5-1985, "American National Standard for Nuclear Power Plant Simulators for Use in Operator Training and Examination."

Mr. Odom has been advised of this request and provided with the name and address of the NRC lead inspector assigned to this inspection.
