DOCKET NO. 70-1068 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of June 20, 1988, which trans-mitted Revision 2 to the SPERT Assembly Facility Physical Security Plan.
Our review of the changes has found most of them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion inta the plan. One change requires further clarification. This was discussed on August 23, 1988 with Dr. W. Vernetson of your staff and Ms. C. Perny of this office. It is our understanding that a corrected page (5-1) will be submitted clarifying the control of the controlled access area when the alarm system is off.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). It is, therefore, deemed to be corrmercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
