The enclosed package contains Revision 2 f or the Physical Security Plan for the University of Florida SPERT Assembly which wts originally submitted and dated Augus t 14, 1981. These revisions, dated June, 1988 are submitted as a result of SNM-1050, Amendment No. 10 dated April 5,1988 which authorized movement of the SPERT fuel for nondes tructive tes ting purposes (not yet per-formed) and change of the s torage location of the SPERT fuel (completed).
Text changes in the Plan are extensive in many cases so no special indi-cation is given to text revisions. The Plan is retyped and submitted in accor-dance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), there is no decrease in the eff ectiveness of the Plan per previous reviews by s taff mem-bers and our saf ety review committee.
The complete enclosure consis ts of a signed original and three copies of this letter plus f our copies of the revised body of the Physical Security Plan.
