SNM.1050 is hereby amended to revise the expiration date and authorize the orcanizational change for the University of Florida SPERT Assembly facility.
Condition 4 is amended to read:
4.
Expiration date: October 31, 1987.
Condition 11. is added and reads as follows:
- 11. Dr. William G. Vernetson, Director of Nuclear Facilitics, shall be responsible for the direction and administration of the University of Florida SPERT Assembly facility.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
