On November 8, 2012, Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc. (Clearwater) filed an Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to File A Motion Regarding Relevant New Information That Became Apparent After Hurricane Sandy, requesting an extension until November 14, 2012.1 Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the NRC Staff, and the State of New York do not oppose Clearwaters motion.2 Good cause having been shown,3 Clearwaters motion for an extension of time is 1
