Licensee Event Report 94-00840 Attached please find Licensee Event Report (LER) 94-008-00 prepared and submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73. On December 9, 1994, during the Unit 3 steam generator mid-cycle outage, eight Incore Instruments were found cross-wired. This configuration resulted in the operation of Unit 3 with measured PLANAR RADIAL PEAKING FACTORS (Fxy) greater than the affected Fxy used in the Core Operating Limit Supervisory System and the Core Protection Calculators, which is contrary to Technical Specification Limiting Condition for Operation 3.2.2. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(d), a copy of this LER is being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IV.
