The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed Mr. Lochbaum's petition dated July 10, 2012, submitted on behalf of the North Carolina Waste Awareness

The NRC staff will then review any comments provided by you and the petitioner and consider them in the final version of the Director's Decision, with no further opportunity to comment.
