| Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating (OCNGS) 1 R26 Refueling Outage lnservice Inspection (ISi) Owner's Activity Report Extension This letter is to inform you that the Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS) 1 R26 Refueling Outage lnservice Inspection (ISi) Owner's Activity Report, which is required to be submitted in accordance with 1 o CFR 50.55a, "Codes and Standards", and the American Association of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section XI, Article IWA-6200, Paragraph IWA-6230, will not be submitted by the 90 day due date. The station's Refueling Outage 1 R26 ended on October 13, 2016, making the report due on January 11, 2017. Several Work Orders and associated NIS-2 forms are still being processed by the station with fleet support. An issue report has been entered in our corrective action process to address gaps in our ability to issue this report in a timely manner. Oyster Creek Generating Station expects that these forms will be processed and a complete summary report will be submitted by February 1 O, 2017.
