The restricted, or licensed, area is that area inside the fenced 7.5 acre lot surrounding the MURR facility itself. The MURR site description is provided in MURR Technical Specification 5.1.a. A map of the MURR licensed area is provided as Figure 2 in Enclosure 2 of MURRs amendment request, by letter dated April 17, 2018.
Historical license number changes to the original indemnity agreement and attachments thereof were not previously recorded. Therefore, the following changes are listed here as a matter of record:
On October 11, 1966, the Special Nuclear Material (SNM) License No. SNM-934 expired, and Construction Permit No. CPRR-68 was converted to Reactor Operating License No. R-103.
