Grow Generation Corporation Application Dated June 14, 2019 Request for Additional Information The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed the Grow Generation Corporation application dated June 14, 2019 and determined that additional information is needed. In order to continue with our review, please address the issues listed below.

The information related to review of your exempt-distribution license application is required by 10 CFR Part 32.14 and is described in the relevant guidance document NUREG-1556, Volume 8, Program-Specific Guidance About Exempt Distribution Licenses.

1. Although you provided pictures of the labeling found on the boxes, we cannot read the print.

Please provide us with the wording on the boxes or larger, more detailed pictures of the boxes. Labeling requirements are found in 10 CFR Part 32.14(b)(6).

2. Please provide the radiation levels on the lamps and the method of measurement.

Additionally, per 10 CFR Part 30.33, we cannot issue you an exempt distribution license until we have received a copy of your California possession license. Please provide a copy of your possession license when it has been issued.
