Pursuant to the Board's Order of February 24, 2011 (Scheduling Initial Scheduling Conference), this letter informs the Board of the NRC Staff's best estimate of the projected schedule for completion of the safety and environmental evaluations. The projected schedule is in the form of a table and is attached to this submission. The projected dates are the Staff's current best estimate and are subject to change. Accordingly, the Staff will update the schedule and inform the parties as necessary.
