DOCKET 50-255 -LICENSE DPR-20 -PALISADES PLANT -EMERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM In an NRC letter dated December 6, 1991, we were requested to confirm: 1) that the administrative portions of the Emergency Response Data System (EROS), as described in NUREG-1394, Revision 1, are complete, and, 2) that we are prepared to utilize EROS to transmit emergency data, as required by the recent changes to 10 CFR 50.72. In response the following is provided:  
DOCKET 50-255 -LICENSE DPR-20 -PALISADES PLANT -EMERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM In an NRC letter dated December 6, 1991, we were requested to confirm: 1) that the administrative portions of the Emergency Response Data System (EROS), as described in NUREG-1394, Revision 1, are complete, and, 2) that we are prepared to utilize EROS to transmit emergency data, as required by the recent changes to 10 CFR 50.72. In response the following is provided:

The Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP) for our Critical Function Monitoring System (CFMS), the data feeder for EROS, requires that software changes which functionally affect EROS convnunications be coordinated with the NRC prior to implementation.
