If the schedule for submittal or the content of the report needs to be revised from that requested in GL 97-01, Consumers Energy will provide appropriate notification to the NRC. SUM.MARY OF COMMITMENTS This letter contains one new commitment and no revisions to existing commitments.

The commitment is: The information requested by GL 97-01 will be submitted within 120 days from April 1, 1997. If the schedule for submittal or the content of the report needs to be revised from that requested in GL 97-01, Consumers Energy will provide appropriate notification to the NRC.
