Dear Sir/Madam:

OPSEG NuclearLLC PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) is submitting this report to provide additional information to rescind the notification of, what at the time, was believed to be a discharge of 2-3 ounces of fish oiL(vegetable oil)"to the Delaware River. In order to meetthe 15-minute immediate notification required by the spill regulations, the hotline* was called until verification of thE? discharge could be made. The. reported to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) hotline at 0916 hours on September 16, 2016 and assigned case number 16-09.-16-0916-17 by Operator#25. This discharge was also reported to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in accordance with the Station's NRC license. On September 16; 2016 at approximately 0858 hours, a hydraulic line on a rake leaked fish oil (vegetable oil) *at the Circulating Water strudure. It was initially reported that approximately 2-:3 ounces had entered the Delaware River. We have since determined that the spill was not reportable as there was no discharge to the Delaware River. The NJDEP was updated later that same day (09/16/2016) at 1005 hours, that PSEG was retracting the original spill report because the leak did not reach the Delaware River an9 therefore this was a non-reportable spill. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact Michael Pego*at (856) 339-1404.
