FW: LRA and FSAR Action MatrixAttachments:Action Matrix.docxDoug, Attached is a matrix of what we would like to do for the upcoming Unit 3 FSAR, etc. It mirrors what we did for Unit 2. The only difference is for Unit 2 we sent in the FSAR at the end of September and said it was current as of the end of June. This was a special FSAR, not required by 50.71(e). This year we have to update the Unit 3 FSAR under 50.71(e). It has to be current six months prior to the date of filing. What we will do differently, if you agree, is to update the FSAR to the end of August. We will send in the FSAR in the end of September, as required by 50.71(e). In our letter in December, we can also mention that the FSAR has been updated, and submitted previously, and contains the necessary license renewal material. That FSAR submittal would have been made in September.
