Memo To the File From Helen F. Hoyt June 30, 1983 Mr. Cummings called this morning to inquire about our report.

I told him we would transmit the report to the Commission on July 8, 1983.

He inquired if he would see the report prior to it being transmitted to the Commission for his comments and then for Aloot and I to have an opportunity to rebut his comments.

I replied that that was not the exercise and that the report would go directly to the Commission without any review.

Any release of our report would have to come from the Commis-sion.

The entire call lasted only severa'l minutes.

Mr. Cummings thanked me and I ended the call by telling him that OIA's File 81-39 was still in our possession but would be returned to him.
