Notice of Filing Applicants' Proposed Findings of Fact Concerning Load Combination Methodology For the reasons stated in our Motion for an Ex-tension of thnafiled on March 26, 1979, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc., and Western Farmers Electric Cooperative (Appli-cants) hereby file their findings of fact with respect to the Load Combination Methodology issue. Applicants' request for a time extension was not discussed with Counsel for the State of Oklahoma at the time of the filing of the Motion. However, the matter was discussed yesterday, and I have been authorized by Assistant Attorney General Rogers to advise the Licensing Board that 2234 063 I '
