MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL COMES NOW, the State of Oklahoma (" Oklahoma" herein) by its Attorney General, Jan Eric Cartwright (Novent) and respectfully requests this Court to grant Oklahoma l' eave to substitute attor-neys of record as follows:

The appearance of Richard F. Berger, Assistant Attorney General, entered heretofore on June 24, 1980, should be withdrawn and an appearance should be entered for Floyd W. Taylor, First Assistant Attorney General, State of Oklahoma.
