Vnit1 Docket No. STN 50-528 License No. NPFPI Licensee Event Report 9840140 Attached please find Licensee Event Report (LER) 98%01-00 prepared and submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73. This LER reports a Technical Specification (TS) violation due to an inoperable reactor protection and ESFAS instrumentation (low steam generator pressure trip parameter) not being bypassed within the one-hour allowed by TS. As an action to prevent recurrence, APS has committed to change the applicable procedure to require instrumentation and control personnel and Control Room personnel to verify that the low steam generator pressure setpoint(s) are correct on completion of response time testing. (
