Cook Letter AEP:NRC:6514, dated September 22, 2006, regarding your commitments and plans for RPV head lifts (over the RPV). In our letter, we stated that you would be performing a more detailed, rigorous quantitative analysis and that you would be discussing those results with NRC staff prior to subsequent lifts of the RPV head over the RPV during the current refuel outage. |
