Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)Unit 2 Docket No.STN 60-629 Unit 2 First 10 Year lnservice Inspection Program Revision Enclosed is revision 2 of the Unit 2 First 10 Year Interval ISI Program.This document reflects the final status of ISI program requirements and contains additional relief requests for inspections determined to be impractical.

Included with this revision is an updated record of revisions, revised pages to the program (with change bars), and an update to the relief requests.The revision is submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55a (g)(4)and 10 CFR 50.55a (g)(5)(iv).

Approval of the relief requests is requested.
