This memorandum documents the in-office review of Revision 28 to the Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS), dated March 11, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15084A513). The update was submitted by Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC), in accordance with paragraph 50.71 (e) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal.
