SUMMARY

OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL HELD ON DECEMBER 9, 2015, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC. CONCERNING THE DRAFT AUDIT PLAN FOR THE SERVICE WATER INTEGRITY AND FIRE WATER SYSTEM AGING MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS (CAC NOS. MD5407 AND MD5408)

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and representatives of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (Entergy) held a telephone conference call on December 9, 2015, to discuss and clarify the NRC staffs draft audit plan for the service water integrity and fire water system aging management programs at Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 2 and 3.

Subsequent to the phone call, Entergy transmitted proposed clarifying edits to the audit plan (ADAMS Accession No. ML15344A436). The NRC staff accepted Entergys proposed changes, with the exception of the change proposed for audit need 2.g. provides a listing of the participants of the phone call.

Entergy had an opportunity to comment on this summary.
