As we announced in the June 7, 2012, Notice of Hearing, the Board will take oral testimony on the pre-filed evidentiary submissions for ten contentions in this proceeding on the following dates: October 15-18, 2012; October 22-24, 2012; and December 10-14, 2012.1 The venue for this evidentiary hearing will be the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown, New York, located at 455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591. The hearing will commence at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012. The start time for each subsequent day will be announced at the hearing itself. Please refer to the Notice of Hearing for the order in which the contentions will be heard.2 Parties wishing to reserve conference-room space in the hotel for the duration of the hearing must contact the hotel directly at 914-631-5700.
