Gentlemen: | It is our understand-ing that final versions of NUREG-0654, as well as NUREGs-0610 and -0696, are expected to be released in early October 1980. The final version of these guidance documents are to reflect public comments and will conform with the final rules on Emergency Planning which were published on August 19, 1980. | ||
