The Commission's letter of June 6,1980, suggested that a revision of our emergency plan for Plant Hatch should be provided by July 18.
Diffi-culties are being experienced in meeting this schedule for upgrading the plan whereby all the provisions of NUREG-0654 are suitably addressed.
It is expected that the upgrading of our emergency plan will be completed by October 1,1980. A report on the Emergency Preparedness Team Review, which occurred at Plant Hatch on April 22-23, 1980, would be helpful.
