'By letter dated October 11, 1989, GPU Nuclear submitted Technical Specification ,

Change Request No. 167, Rev. 1. A subsequent review of that change revealed the need for two administrative corrections. These corrections include the ,

removal of repetitive wording and a change bar from Paragraph 6.5.1.12, and the relocation of the change bar from Paragraph 6.18b to 6.19a.

These corrections are administrative, and do not in any way affect the safety determination of Technical Specification Change Request 167, Rev. 1. Please remove the Pages 6-4 and 6-17 which were originally submitted in the change request and' insert the attached revised Pages 6-4 and 6-17.
