On September 26, 2012, the State of New York (New York) filed an unopposed motion for an extension of time, requesting that New York, Riverkeeper, Inc. (Riverkeeper), and the State of Connecticut (Connecticut) be granted until November 9, 2012, to file rebuttal testimony and Interested Governmental Entity (IGE) statements of position concerning Contention NYS-38/RK-TC-5.1 Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) and the NRC Staff do not oppose this extension request.2 Finding New Yorks request will have no adverse impact on the hearing schedule, the Board revises the schedule for filings concerning Contention NYS-38/RK-TC-5 as follows:
