In accordance with PVNGS TS 6.14, the enclosed Report also includes Revisions 11 and 12 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM), which were implemented in 1997. The changes in each ODCM Revision are summarized on the page immediately following page 96 in each ODCM. No commitments are being made, or implied to the NRC in this letter.
