Dear Mr. Reddemann:
By letter October 2, 2013, as supplemented by letters dated June 19 and November 17, 2014, Energy Northwest applied for an amendment to the Columbia Generating Station Renewed Facility Operating License NPF-21. Functions," Option A. Subsequently, by letter dated December 9, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML 14349A494), Energy Northwest withdrew the amendment request. A notice of the NRC's consideration of the proposed amendment was originally published in the Federal Register on January 21,2014 (79 FR 3415). Due to a change in scope of the amendment request resulting
'from a supplement to the application, the amendment was re-published in the Federal Register on August 19, 2014 (79 FR 49107). The U_S.
