LIMITINGCONDITIONFOROPERATIONSURVEILLANCEREQUIREMENTMakeupwatershallbeavailablefromthetwogravityfeedmakeupwatertanks.IfSpecifications3.1.3a,b,cordarenotmet,anormalorderlyshutdownshallbeinitiatedwithinonehourandthereactorshallbeinthecoldshutdownconditionwithintenhours.d.Atleastonceeachshift-Theareatemperatureshallbechecked.e.Duringeachmajorrefuelinoutae-Automaticactuationandfunctionalsystemtestingshallbeperformedduringeachmajorrefuelingoutageandwhenevermajorrepairsarecompletedonthesystem.SurveillancewithanInoerableSstemDuringCycle5withoneoftheemergencycoolingsystemsinoperable,thelevelcontrolvalveandthemotor-operatedisolationvalveintheoperablesystemshallbedemonstratedtobeoperableimmediatelyandweeklythereafter.DuringCycle6andsubsequentcycles,<shenoneoftheemergencycoolingsystemsisinoperable,thelevelcontrolvalveandthemotor-operatedisolationvalveintheoperablesystemshallbedemonstratedtobeoperableimmediatelyanddailythereafter.48 5~W
