i OnApril21,1987,arequestwasmadetotheNJDEPtodelisttheFRSHazardousWasteGeneratorIdentificationNumber(EPAIDNo.NJD980786081).AfteraninspectionofthefacilityonNovember20,1987,theNJDEPrecommendedtotheEnvironmentalProtectionAgency(EPA)thattheFRSberemovedfromtheactivegeneratorlist.OnJuly20,1988,theEPAapprovedthedelisting.Asofthatdate,anyhazardouswastegeneratedatthesiteisdonesoundertheOCNGSgeneratornumber,EPAIDNo.NJD980649172.OnFebruary19,1988,arequestwasmadetotheNJDEPtoamendtheFRSNJPDESDSW/DGWPermitNo.NJ0031097toincludestormwaterrunofffromacombustionturbineprojectatthesite.Thestormwaterrunoffwouldbepipedtoanoil/waterseparatorbeforedischarge.ThisrequestwasstillunderreviewasofDecember31,1988.Summary'of-ChangesinStationDesinWhichCouldInvolveannv>ronmentamactTherewerenochangesin,ormodificationsof,stationdesignduringthereportingperiodwhichcouldinvolveanenvironmentalimpact.4.2Summary'ofChanes"to'theOCETSTherewasnochangetotheOCETSduringthereportingperiod.
